This year we will provide a team flag and bandanas for each of you. Creating team bandanas and flags is a fun and meaningful way to build team identity and unity. These customizable items give each staff team the chance to express their personality, values, and creativity, helping establish a shared sense of pride and belonging. It’s more than just decoration, it’s a symbol of who you are as a group and what you stand for. Collaborating on the design encourages communication, cooperation, and bonding early on, setting the tone for a strong and connected team. Plus, it adds a spirited and visual element to training that makes things feel exciting and memorable. Get ready to show off your team pride and bring your flag to life, this is your chance to make your mark! Once you complete your flag and bandanas, please ensure you bring them to all sessions!

Who doesn't love a theme? Theme days are a fun and energizing way to break up the routine and bring some excitement to training! They give everyone a chance to show off their creativity, bond with their team, and create lasting memories together. When staff teams participate, it builds team spirit, encourages collaboration, and adds a layer of fun competition that makes the whole experience more engaging. Plus, it's a great way to let personalities shine and create a positive, inclusive atmosphere. So lean into the silliness, go all out, and make the most of it, theme days are what you make of them, and they’re always better when everyone joins in!
