Design Your RA
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM
📍Location: In-Hall with Your Supervisor (All Focus Area RAs: meet in Saguaro Room, in El Portal, 501 N. Highland Ave.)
👥 Required Attendance: New Resident Assistants & Mid-Year Resident Assistants
📝 Details: This In-Hall led session will facilitate a time to talk about what an RA looks on within your team.
Tour of Your Dorm
⏰ Time: 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM
📍Location: In-Hall with Your Supervisor (All Focus Area RAs will meet with their Home Base Staff)
👥 Required Attendance: New Resident Assistants & Mid-Year Resident Assistants (Focus RAs return to your home base dorm where you serve duty)
📝 Details: Meet your building! Discover the amenities and important locations of resources, like where to throw your trash away! This session is led In-Hall with your supervisor. Please contact your supervisor for the details of where this session will happen and what you need to do to prepare for the session. Lunch on Your Own
⏰ Time: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
📍Location: Take a break! Go grab your lunch. Enjoy!
👥 Required Attendance: New Resident Assistants & Mid-Year Resident Assistants
📝 Details: Lunch will often be on your own and usually always 1.5 hours to provide for room to travel from training to lunch and back to training.
Resident Assistant Expectations
⏰ Time: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
📍Location: ILC 117, 125, 140, 141, & 150 (see below for team breakdown, Focus Area RAs go with Home Base Staff)
👥 Required Attendance: New Resident Assistants & Mid-Year Resident Assistants
📝 Details: This will be an interactive session where staff will provide an overview of Departmental Expectations.

Wildcat Living 101
⏰ Time: 2:15 PM - 5:00 PM
📍Location: ILC 140 & 150 (see below for team breakdown, Focus Area RAs go with Home Base Staff))
👥 Required Attendance: New Resident Assistants & Mid-Year Resident Assistants
📝 Details: This session provides an overview and foundation related to our engagement model and focus areas for event planning, engagements, and more.
