👥 Required Attendance: All Resident Assistants & All Desk Assistants

📝 Details: This session will introduce Desk Operations! Staff will learn about Desk Operations, Expectations, Customer Service, Payroll, StarRez, and other Online Trainings. If you are a Desk Assistant outside of the RA role, please attend the district meeting you work as a DA in. If you do not work as a DA, attend the meeting in your RA district.

📝 Details:  This session will cover information about housing policies and responding to situations and resident concerns. You will learn how to document these incidents. Please contact Your Supervisor for more information.
